An income of her own gives a woman a voice in family decisions — including whether her daughter stays in school. We help women build that income from skills they already have.
Women’s savings and credit groups are the starting point. Members choose enterprises that suit them: Mithila painting and crafts, tailoring, goat and dairy, vegetables or small shops. We support training, equipment, design and links to buyers, including online sales for Mithila art.
Restricted giving is welcome — tell us the ward or programme and we will report back on it specifically.
