Mithila art cooperative opens its online shop
Women artists can now sell paintings, textiles and stationery directly to buyers across Nepal and abroad.
The Mithila Kala Udyam cooperative launched its online shop this month with more than 300 products by 85 women artists.
Every product page tells the story of the artist who made it, and payment goes straight to the cooperative.
